Requirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor
1. Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
2. Able to work on own or managing a team for project deliverables as project dictates
3. Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clients
4. Confident, client facing and keen to develop client relationship
5. Solid technical competence and service delivery

6. The position has an attractive salary between £65,000 - £70,000
