We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Travel Consultant for our Out of Hours team, working remotely. The role is ideally 30 hours per week, including every other weekend (10-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch) and three evening shifts per week (one 6-hour shift from 6 pm to midnight, and two 5-hour shifts from 6 pm to 11 pm). During weeks when you are not working weekends, you will work four evening shifts (6 pm to midnight). This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our global operations.
What You’ll Do
* Provide high levels of customer service by handling enquiries and reservations professionally, arranging and confirming bookings, and building traveler profiles to meet their needs.
* Research for clients to ensure they get the best deals.
* Process travel tickets, reissues, and documentation.
* Offer advice on available options, including visas, passport requirements, and vaccinations.
* Handle refunds and cancellations.
* Assist in training and supporting new staff members.
What We’re Looking For
* A motivated, passionate individual with previous experience in business travel.
* Experience using Travelport & Sabre is preferred.
* Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail.
* BA1 or equivalent qualification.
