We're hiring a Service Desk Analyst to deliver front-line IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role involves resolving hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and supporting audio/video setups for meetings and events.
What You'll Do
* Provide 1st line IT support (on-site & remote)
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
* Manage & track IT asset inventory
* Support audio/video setup & live events
* Maintain accurate records of incidents & resolutions
What You'll Bring
* Previous IT support or Service Desk experience
* Strong problem-solving & communication skills
* Basic AV knowledge (VC systems, projectors, mics)
* Ability to work independently & in a team
Freshers with a technical background and 1+ year experience are welcome to apply

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to £140.00 per day
