Job Purpose (Role Definition):
To lead the strategic development and commercialisation of our medical device portfolio, driving product strategy, market positioning, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and innovation of our products.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and manage the product management and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with company goals and market needs, ensuring successful product lifecycle management from concept to launch and beyond.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify opportunities and define product differentiation strategies.
Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful commercialisation of products.
Drive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional activities to maximise market penetration and revenue growth.
Oversee product portfolio management, including prioritisation of development projects and resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
Lead product launch planning and execution, including training, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards related to medical devices.
Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Experience And Qualifications Required
Mandatory
Extensive product management and marketing experience in the medical device industry, with a significant focus on active medical devices (devices that rely on electrical energy or power sources to function).
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing active medical device products.
Deep understanding of medical device regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial departments.
Desirable
Experience in ventilation technologies, (e.g., respiratory devices, ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP devices), and related consumables and accessories
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
