What Youll Be Doing:
* Guiding customersthrough their journey, from initial enquiry to placing an order - whether in person or online.
* Learning and sharing product knowledgeto help customers choose the perfect product for their needs. Full training provided!
* Creating accurate quotationsand following up to ensure customers feel confident and supported.
* Responding to inbound enquiriespromptly and professionally, delivering clear and helpful information.
