As Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of the ward, managing demand within financial expectations. You will handle recruitment, staff development, and retention, fostering an open, no-blame reporting culture. Excellent patient and relative communication skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain and present KPIs to the Chief Nurse and division throughout the year.
