About the Role

The Recruitment Officer will play a vital role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent across the site. This includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, participating in local events, and continuously enhancing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with managers to assess staffing requirements and develop cost-effective recruitment plans
2. Lead local recruitment efforts, especially in surrounding towns and areas
3. Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events
