Responsibilities
* Providing personalised care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
* Administering medication as per care plans and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation
* Actively engaging clients in social activities and promoting their wellbeing
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
