Duties
* Engage with customers via phone, email, to address inquiries and provide solutions.
* Order entry activities using SAP system.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Provide information on price and availability of product, guiding customers through their options.
* Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience
* Previous experience in an office based customer service role is beneficial.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
