At Telefónica Tech (part of the Telefónica Group) we are focused on delivering secure, digital solutions for our clients. We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant to join our manufacturing team.
Your Role
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant (Manufacturing) you will shape and deliver end‑to‑end manufacturing solutions within Dynamics 365, working closely with production, operations, warehousing and supply chain leadership teams.
Responsibilities
* Design and configure D365 SCM for end‑to‑end manufacturing operations.
* Optimize production control, master planning (MRP), capacity planning and material requirements planning.
* Configure and enhance:
o Production orders & BOM structures
o Routes & resource groups
o Shop floor control
o Quality management
o Inventory & warehouse processes within manufacturing environments
* Support integration with MES systems, IoT‑enabled production data, barcode scanning solutions, PIM solutions and third‑party planning tools.
* Deliver training and knowledge transfer to production planners, operations managers and supply chain teams.
* Mentor consultants across manufacturing workstreams, ensuring quality, consistency and best‑practice delivery.
* Drive internal initiatives to improve go‑to‑market capability through partnership and AI‑based solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management implementations within manufacturing environments.
* Deep functional expertise in:
o Production Control
o Master Planning (MRP/MPS)
o Capacity Planning
o Inventory & Advanced Warehouse Management (manufacturing‑led)
o Product Information Management
o Quality Management
o Procurement & Sourcing within production supply chains
* Strong understanding of manufacturing models (make‑to‑stock, make‑to‑order, configure‑to‑order, engineer‑to‑order).
* Experience supporting multi‑site manufacturing rollouts.
* Ability to translate operational manufacturing challenges into scalable D365 solutions.
* Experience integrating D365 SCM with MES, PLM, forecasting tools and shop‑floor data capture systems.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Operations, Production, Supply Chain and IT.
* Confident leading workshops, training sessions, design authorities and executive steering updates.
* Exposure to reporting and AI‑driven insights using Power BI, SSRS and Copilot is advantageous.
* Experience mentoring junior consultants.
