Towelrads.com are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bracknell. This is a permanent role working Monday- Friday 8.30am-5pm.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain information about the products and their orders. Towelrads.com are part of the Brickability Group.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Manage a busy email inbox.
Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Schedule deliveries and collections.
Resolve customer complaints and claims for faulty or damaged goods.
Arrange customer returns, issue refunds, and create credit notes.
Competency in literacy and numeracy skills.
Liaise with Logistics Companies
Liaise with Sales Reps and other Teams within the business Personal description Essential
Previous Customer Service experience
Good Communication skills (written and oral)
Great planning and organisational skills
Working in a Fast-paced environment
Team Player
Experience in Microsoft office applications to include Excel
