Your work will include:
* Managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
* Providing clear, compassionate and pragmatic legal advice
* Supervising and mentoring junior or secretarial staff (or stepping into supervision for the first time)
* Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining long-term relationships
* Ensuring compliance, accurate billing and time recording
* Supporting business development and the continued growth of the department
* This opportunity would suit someone who is confident in their technical ability and motivated by meaningful client work.
You will be:
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience
* Comfortable managing your own caseload independently
* Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
* Experienced in supervising others, or ready to take the next step
