Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our Fox & Sons Gosport ’s branch.

Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
* Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
* Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
* Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
* Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
Skills & Experience
* Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
* Proven ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
* Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
