What is the purpose of the Senior Administrator role?
This role plays a vital part in delivering frontline services to keep children and young people safe from abuse. You'll contribute by:
1. Providing effective administrative and financial support and guidance to colleagues
2. Maintaining efficient health and safety compliant systems within the building
3. Managing centre administration staff and support their development
What skills do I need to be a Senior Administrator?
4. Ability to establish effective administration systems in response to changing needs
5. Experience of managing staff and working flexibly as part of a team
6. Proven experience of managing workloads for yourself and other staff
