Client Development Executive role in the Suffolk area, £55k DOE + Bonus + Company Car. Hybrid position covering Civil Works. Develop new business, support tenders, manage client relationships and drive projects from enquiry to award.

The Role
You will generate new business opportunities while supporting the full sales process from initial enquiry through to project award. The role combines proactive sales activity with structured coordination, ensuring tenders and quotations are accurate, competitive and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new opportunities across highways, local authority and private clients
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events
* Work closely with estimators to support tenders and quotations
* Track enquiries, quotations and activity within Pipedrive
* Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
* Support credit control by liaising with clients on payments
About You
* Experience in sales, business development or a commercial role
* Construction, civil engineering experience
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Commercially aware and proactive in approach
* Full UK driving licence
