Our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) consultants lead digital process and operations transformation. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors and shape your career toward a specific capability set or sector as you develop within the organization.


Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver intelligent automation solutions using RPA, IDP, and low-code platforms to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
* Collaborate across teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes using Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Leverage data-driven insights through process mining to uncover inefficiencies and accelerate transformation initiatives.
* Act as a trusted advisor by managing stakeholder relationships, identifying risks, and contributing to business development efforts.
* Develop deep expertise within IPP areas such as Automation, Process Intelligence, or Process Excellence while acquiring core consulting skills.

* Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, and client events.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you’ll likely have some or all of the following:

* Proven experience in Intelligent Automation Consulting.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity for innovation, and passion for solving complex problems.
* Awareness of automation’s role in sustainability and drive to make meaningful impact.
* Experience leading teams and managing end-to-end intelligent automation lifecycles.
* Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive delivery in ambiguous environments.
* Advanced technology experience across automation and enterprise platforms (e.g., UiPath, Appian, Celonis, Azure Cognitive Services, SAP, Oracle, Power Platform); familiarity with Hyperscience, Blue Prism, ServiceNow.
* Hands-on development experience in RPA, IDP, NLP, ML, low-code platforms, and workflow orchestration; qualifications in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics).


Desirable Skills (Even Better If)

* Process and Platform Expertise with Lean Six Sigma, SAP, Oracle across back-office functions like Finance.
* Technical skills across UiPath, Appian, Power Platform, Celonis, Hyperscience, Azure Cognitive Services; familiarity with Python, Spacy, Knime.
* Understanding of IoT and Agentic AI; Agile or Waterfall delivery certifications to support structured delivery.


Security Clearance

Security Check (SC) clearance is a requirement. To obtain SC clearance, applicants must meet criteria including residence in the UK for the last 5 years and other requirements. You may be asked about citizenship and nationality during the process. Some posts may be restricted to UK Nationals for security reasons.
