What you’ll be doing:
* Managing cost reports, forecasts, valuations, and variations
* Supporting change control, claims, and financial reconciliations
* Liaising with project teams and subcontractors
* Contributing to risk analysis and commercial reviews
* Mentoring junior commercial staff where required
What we want from you:
* Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
* 5+ years’ experience in construction or engineering projects
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Confident communicator, organised and detail-driven
