Kenect Recruitment are a national, award-winning recruitment firm who operates throughout the UK, supporting customers with vacancies across the Industrial, Transport and Commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Customer Support / Resourcing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
The main function of the Customer Support / Resourcing Coordinator will be to work closely with our National Accounts and Central Resourcing Teams to support customers with any queries whilst resourcing for job vacancies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, assisting with any vacancies and customer queries.
* Communicate with our branch network and assisting with any client queries they may have.
* Resource for vacancies across the Industrial, Transport and Commercial markets.
* Creating and advertise job vacancies.
* Manage job applications and screen candidates for potential vacancies.
* Manage candidate onboarding, ensuring this is done in line with company policy.
* Completing internal compliance checks, ensuring these are being do in line with company policy.
* Updating internal CRM systems.
* Some general administration tasks will be involved.
* Some sales related tasks may be involved.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing for vacancies within the Industrial, Transport or Commercial sectors is desirable.
* Strong communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Organised and able to plan and prioritize own workload.
* Must have own transport due to location
