We're a growing independent business with a busy site in Ossett and a brand-new venue opening in Outwood.
The role
As a Shift Manager, you'll run the show when you're on shift — leading the crew, keeping standards sharp, and making sure service is smooth and efficient.
Duties include:
* Leading shifts across FOH & Kitchen
* Cooking to BSK brand standards (line, fry, build)
* Expediting & managing ticket times
* Stock control & kitchen compliance
* Keeping energy high and the team motivated
* Engaging with customers in our open-kitchen environment
* Cashing up & reporting to management

At Bank Street Kitchen you'll be onboarded with 4/6 weeks' training focused on BSK brand standards, leadership skills, and building confidence to run a shift to our standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
