Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and prepare materials and resources.

Student Assistance: Provide personalized one:on:one and group support to build students confidence, encourage teamwork, and help them overcome learning challenges.

Positive Learning Environment: Help create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.

Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and share valuable feedback with teachers and parents.
Working Hours and Benefits

Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing time for morning preparation and end:of:day organization.

What Were Looking For

Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is required.

Qualifications and Checks: Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate) are a plus but not essential. You must have or be willing to obtain a valid DBS certificate.
