Overview
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Logistics Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Mildenhall. This role plays a key part in keeping transport and logistics operations running smoothly — coordinating shipments, managing paperwork, and ensuring customers receive excellent service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transport activity
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
* Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation
* Maintain accurate system records and job data
* Provide updates and clear communication to customers
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
* Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
* Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in logistics, transport, or administration
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
Desirable
* Experience with transport scheduling or supply chain coordination
* Understanding of delivery documentation or customs forms (not essential)
