Overview
Our project delivery team provides first class audio-visual solutions to live event clients worldwide. Creative Technology London seeks individuals with extensive knowledge of the Music, Film & TV, Sporting, and corporate markets who share our passion for delivering exceptional results.
In this role, you will interpret clients\' event requirements and align resources accordingly. You\'ll present our services through consultation and documented quotations, and oversee project cost control, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure seamless delivery of our services. On-site, you\'ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe working practices for all personnel, and build client relationships for future opportunities. This role focuses primarily on the Music and Touring market, with responsibilities across other markets as needed.
Primary Objectives
* Dealing directly with clients and acting as a central point of contact.
* Assessing client requirements and generating accurate quotations that meet commercial targets.
* High-level, accurate project delivery.
* Delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Account Management, Sales and Business Development teams.
* Create detailed project plans, schedules and cost estimates.
* Identify required resources and assign equipment and crew.
* Negotiate contracts for outsourced contractors.
* Maintain the company CRM, keeping contacts, clients, and opportunities up to date.
* Carry out risk assessments and manage risk on projects in liaison with clients and other parties.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Reconcile and invoice completed work.
* Monitor project profitability, revenue, and margins within a pre-determined budget.
* Provide out-of-hours callout duty.
* Support general office activities when not actively involved with project work.
* Work within the NEP group to maximise group revenue.
* Adhere to internal processes and lead on-site project delivery, managing all production elements.
* Possible travel to site or other offices in the UK and Worldwide.
* Support internal and external ISO accreditation audits.
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience in the Music & Touring industry from a project/tour management or technical delivery background.
* Strong technical knowledge of displays, LED, video, audio, and lighting used in live events.
* Working knowledge of rigging and lighting fundamentals is beneficial.
* Understanding of project management processes.
* Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude toward people.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Good understanding of the Live Events industry.
* Good IT skills including MS Office; strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
