Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join a Durham Local Authority on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week, over two days. Overview: The Administration Assistant will provide back office support to the Neighbourhood Protection team, assisting with services including Neighbourhood Wardens, Allotments and Pest Control. Main Duties: * Provide administrative support to the Neighbourhood Protection team * Assist with data entry and record keeping for Neighbourhood Wardens, Allotments and Pest Control services * Respond to internal and external enquiries as required * Support the team with general office tasks to ensure smooth operations Essential Criteria: * Previous experience in an administrative or office support role * Strong organisational and time management skills * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications If your skills match the above criteria, pleas apply with your up-to-date CV
