Job Responsibilities
1. Workforce Planning: Shift allocation, staff attendance monitoring, sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and absences.
2. Staff Welfare: Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.
3. CCTV Monitoring: Observe cameras across national sites for intruder detection.
4. Incident Reporting: Liaise with clients regarding on-site incidents, follow escalation processes and procedures.
5. Data Management: Collate and process staffing data as required.
Qualifications & Skills
* Right to work in the UK.
* Proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment (highly desirable).
* Experience in the security industry or control room environment (advantageous).
* Ability to respond quickly and effectively to situations.
* Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and proactive approach.
* Highly organized, efficient, adaptable, results-oriented, and able to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.
