You will be working in a Team of 3 Managers reporting to a board of GP Partners. Working Environment
You'll be part of a team of full-time managers who collectively lead the day-to-day operations of the practice. We work together, not in silos, sharing tasks, decisions, and responsibility. We report into a Clinical Board of six GP partners, who set direction and provide clinical oversight.

Key Areas of Operational Responsibility
· Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations across both sites
· Support, supervise, and coordinate staff teams (~50 people)
· Ensure compliance with CQC, NHS, and employment standards
· Be involved with handling complaints, significant events and other internal processes
· Manage HR administration, onboarding, and staff support
· Lead on service delivery improvements and process changes
· Oversee day-to-day IT systems,
· Support financial processes: budget tracking, reporting, procurement
· Manage buildings and facilities
· Manage external service contracts (e.g. remote reception, pharmacy)
· Maintain robust data protection and governance compliance
· Contribute to risk management and continuity planning
· Represent the practice at ICB, Neighborhood and PCN or external meetings when needed

The Details
· Location: Based across College Road & Ian Gow sites
· Hours: 40/week | Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm
· Salary: Competitive | Based on experience
· Contract: Permanent | NHS Pension eligible
