We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service at the tills and on the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work collaboratively to support your store colleagues in solving problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant – keep shelves stocked, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Assist in introducing new products and services – making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support your local community – participate in various activities and events.
