Renishaw’s CMM & Gauging Products Division requires a coordinator to support the end user and subsidiary business.
Reporting to the current Service Manager, the role will require close liaison with the applications, hardware support group and installation engineering teams to support the day to day activities of the service function of the business.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling maintenance, calibrations, installations, retrofits, upgrades, and breakdown responses.
* Managing system servicing, equipment ordering, training coordination (UCC, AGILITY, UKAS), and site survey arrangements.
* Handling documentation: OBJs, certificates, BOM creation, CI entries, service contracts, RAMS/COSHH, daily reports.
* Liaising with logistics, purchasing, imports, UK Sales, applications teams, licensing, and subsidiaries.
* Supporting D365‑related data accuracy and process compliance.
The role involves day to day interaction with the service and support teams and reports directly to the CGPD Service Manager.
Key requirements
The successful candidate should already have some experience in a service support / coordinating role and whilst not essential, experience of working a technical or engineering environment would be favourable.
