 
        
        We're looking for a Support Analyst to join our Transportal team based in Basingstoke. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure software meets specifications, troubleshoot applications, and provide insightful feedback. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key to success.
 
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 12 Month Fixed Term 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 + benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a Support Analyst you'll be responsible for troubleshooting software applications and documenting your findings clearly.
Your day to day will include:
 * Troubleshoot software problems, diagnose and solve software Incidents and/or problems
 * Incident and problem management
 * Work to SLA thresholds for incidents, requests and problems
 * Researching new technologies and analysing their potential impact on delivery

This role of Support Analyst is great if you have:
 * Experience within IT delivery & Customer service
 * Some knowledge of software and development processes
 * Good organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
