Cost Manager (Consultancy - Professional Services) Client An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cost Manager to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, strengthening their growing Cost Management / Quantity Surveying team. This is a client-side, consultancy-based role, not a contractor or commercial management position. The firm operates across a broad range of real estate and public-sector sectors, including residential (public and private), higher education, retail, government and mixed-use developments, delivering high-profile, advisory-led projects across the built environment. You will work as part of a professional consultancy team, providing independent cost advice, commercial strategy and project support to a diverse client base from early design stages through to project completion. The Ideal Person Experience You will have a strong background in cost management within a consultancy or professional services environment, with experience providing independent advice rather than contractor-side commercial delivery.
