An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paralegal to join a Legal 500 Tier 1 Personal Injury department, supporting a team of specialists handling complex catastrophic injury cases.
Our client is one of Manchester’s most respected, award‑winning law firms, recognised by the Legal 500 as a Tier 1 leader in Personal Injury. This firm is known for combining first‑class legal expertise with a genuinely supportive and people‑focused culture. You’ll be part of a team that handles some of the most complex and high‑profile catastrophic injury cases in the UK, working alongside nationally recognised specialists who are passionate about achieving life‑changing outcomes for their clients.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days WFH per week) following an initial office‑based training period.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in Personal Injury and Catastrophic Injury work (essential)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team
* Outstanding communication and client care skills, with professionalism and empathy
* A strong academic background
Experience using the Proclaim Case Management System would be advantageous, but full training can be provided.
