We are currently looking for x2 Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client working on the detailed assembly of small components. No previous experience is required, just great attention to detail, patience, and a steady hand. Job Responsibilities * Working on a detailed assembly process (full training provided). * Completing precision assembly tasks using small parts and tools. * Reviewing data and inputting accurate information into a computer system. * Following structured procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality output. Skills & Attributes * Patient, careful, and detail‑focused. * Good hand–eye coordination; hobbies involving fine detail (model-making, crafting, electronics, artwork, etc.) are a strong advantage. * Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry. * Able to complete a dexterity test as part of the hiring process.
