We have a rewarding opportunity available for a Female Crisis House Team Leader to join our team across Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW), based in North Wiltshire and Swindon. The role is full-time and permanent, 37.5 hours per week across rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, including days, evenings and sleep-ins to meet the needs of the Service. The starting salary is £29,289 per annum, rising to £30,927 per annum after successful completion of a 6-month probation, plus £70 per sleep-in (expectation is 1 sleep-in per week) and other benefits.
About the Role
Missing Link is a leading provider of Housing and Support Services for women with mental health and housing-related support needs. We are recruiting a Female* Team Leader at our Mental Health Service in North Wiltshire and Swindon. You will work as part of the Mental Health Framework that supports primary and secondary care as a key partner within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership.

Key duties and responsibilities
* Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support that promotes recovery and independence.
* Coordinate referrals, assessments, and care planning with Guests and professionals.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards compliance.
* Support staff development, rota planning, and supervision.
* Contribute to service audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement.
* Build collaborative relationships with external partners and represent the service as needed.
* Deputise for the Service Manager and promote a positive team culture.

What we are looking for
* Have a passion to make a real difference to how services are delivered and outcomes for those using services.
* Believe that recovery is a reality and hold hope for women.
* Skilled in managing difficult conversations with the ability to hold boundaries.
* Understanding of cultural diversity.
* Strong understanding of the needs of people with mental health problems.
* Understanding living with and managing mental health issues or supporting someone in emotional distress, including barriers to meaningful living.
* Understanding of when and where to signpost is essential.
* Experience of developing and implementing support plans and risk assessments.
* Experience of liaising with a range of professionals and agencies.
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work toward this.
* A full driving licence (to include business use) and access to transport.
