The Role
* Report directly to the Head of Legal.
* Broad remit including:
o Commercial contracts (licensing, operational agreements, NDAs, farm-in/farm-out)
o Business development support
o Dispute resolution and financing matters
o Employment issues
o Company secretarial support and governance
* Provide strategic advice to senior management and collaborate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
* Advise on compliance and manage legal risks across regional and country-specific operations.
Requirements
* 3-6 years' PQE, ideally with in-house experience.
* Energy sector background preferred.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
* Commercially astute, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
