About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join the team and lead the creative design process across a range of commercial office fit-out projects. You will support the full design lifecycle—from concept through to final delivery—working closely with clients, project managers, and delivery teams to deliver spaces that are aesthetically striking, functional, and commercially viable. Key responsibilities include: * Leading conceptual design, space planning, and interior design development for commercial office projects. * Preparing high-quality visual presentation materials—schematics, moodboards, renders, and detailed layouts. * Collaborating with clients to understand briefs, articulate design rationale, and manage expectations. * Coordinating with project managers, architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless design handover and project execution. * Ensuring design credibility by selecting appropriate finishes, materials, and FF&E, while designing for functionality and buildability. * Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a strong internal design culture. Requirements * Proven experience as an Interior Designer—ideally at a senior level—within commercial office fit-out or design build environments. * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, design presentation, and delivery across office interiors. * Excellent Revit skills are essential, with the ability to produce compelling layouts and visual outputs using Revit. * Sharp aesthetic sensibility combined with practical understanding of materials, construction, and FF&E. * Confident presenters, able to articulate and defend design proposals to clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong collaborative skills, working across design, project management, and delivery functions. * Professional, dependable, and client-focused with a passion for high-quality design
