The Role: What you'll be doing:
* Build a full 360 desk: generate leads, pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
* Become a market expert, building key industry relationships and enhancing your personal brand.
* Implement a well-rounded approach to business development through candidate and company led methodologies.
Requirements: What we are looking for
* 1+ years’ experience in sales or recruitment
* Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a lucrative career
* Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident working autonomously
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging senior stakeholders
* Desire to progress quickly in a high-performance environment
