As our Team Administrator, you will: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Input and update data in relevant systems. Respond to enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and track action items. To be a commercially minded person with drive and plans in place to ensure success. Be responsible for effective prospecting and managing opportunities throughout the entire bookings process utilising customer relationship and systems effectively. To champion the customer experience in the hospital and work with colleagues to deliver a strong customer focused mind-set to bring the best of Nuffield Health to every customer. Support the day to day running of the department alongside the HOD & Clinical Lead Key Skills High proficiency in booking systems, EPR/EHR platforms, and referral management tools Confident using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools Ability to troubleshoot system issues and guide others Understanding how data flows through the pre‑assessment pathway Assessing urgency and risk to prioritise cases appropriately Knowing when to escalate to clinical staff Balancing competing deadlines without compromising accuracy Helping you feel good.
