Our client near Slough are seeking a highly skilled, trustworthy, and proactive Private Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO and family. This role requires a highly organised and discreet professional who can manage both personal and professional tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking to ensure the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage and coordinate the employer's calendar, ensuring timely appointments, meetings, and social engagements. Organise personal and professional appointments, ensuring that they align with the employer's priorities and availability. Make reservations for dining, accommodations, and entertainment, and book tickets for events, travel, and more. Schedule and organise both social and private events, from family gatherings to business functions. Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation across multiple locations. Oversee the planning and execution of personal and professional events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Manage personal shopping needs, including clothing, gifts, and household items. Oversee household tasks and staff, run errands, and ensure that day-to-day personal needs are met. Book flights, train tickets, and other modes of transportation according to the employer's schedule. Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle policies, ensuring insurance, taxes, and registrations are current. Ensure catering and dining needs are met, including dietary preferences and timing for meetings, events, or personal gatherings. Attending meetings and minute taking Submit expenses on behalf of the CEO Raising purchase orders Sales analysis and preparation for tenders on Excel and SageThe successful candidate will have Proven experience working as a Private Personal Assistant. Relevant Qualifications in business administration or related field. Able to adapt quickly in challenging and pressured environment. Excellent planning and organisational skills, including making judgments about competing priorities and identifying resources accordingly. Advanced Excel skills, including ability to use other appropriate IT applications effectively.
