Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – High Street Firm – Oldham
Location: Oldham (1 day hybrid working available)

Hours: Full-time
A well-established high street law firm in Oldham is seeking a capable and client-focused Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and close-knit environment, with flexibility for one day per week working from home.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, with full administrative support. Work will include:
1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Remortgages and transfers of equity
3. Right to buy and help to buy schemes
4. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
5. Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly
About You:
6. The ideal candidate will have:
7. Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. A proactive, client-first approach
10. Previous experience in a high street or regional firm (preferred but not essential)
11. Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or proven track record as an experienced fee earner
