Are you an organised and detail-focused Purchase Ledger professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a well‑establishedpany based in Stockton, is seeking a Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sorting, collating and processing high volumes of invoices
2. Managing and responding to queries via the shared inbox
3. Allocating payments to customer accounts accurately
4. Matching invoices and ensuring all documentation is correct andplete
5. Supporting the wider finance team with day‑to‑day accounts administration

6. Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance administration role
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
8. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
9. Goodmunication skills, especially when handling queries
10. Availability to start immediately (or at short notice)
