Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Hybrid/Walsall – 2 days in the office per week

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £50 per hour

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Planning Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
You will be joining a team of 5 existing enforcement staff and will be assisting with the clearance of historic backlog work and taking formal action of specific sites which has been prioritised for action.
You will be experienced in planning enforcement, capable of drafting notices and dealing with appeal work. You will need to be on site two days per week (office and site) including Tuesdays (Planning Department all-in day).
