For this position, our client is looking for a Recruiter who is happy to take on a full 360 role. You will manage the recruitment process for multiple existing clients on a daily basis.
* Client relationship management
* Calling and interviewing Candidates for jobs
* Accurate and efficient Administration work – creating CVs to be sent to Clients
* Arranging interviews and assisting Consultants with interview prep for candidates
* Spotting leads and passing relevant information to Consultants
* Creating and posting job adverts
* Keeping the Candidate database updated at all times
* Efficient use of Job boards for sourcing suitable candidates for jobs
* At least 2 years’ previous experience in a full 360 agency recruitment role
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Sociable and strong communicators; confident in conversing with all levels of candidates and client, and forming strong, lasting, and trusting relationships
* Positive and enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop
