Your newpanyWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in Leicester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating innovative marketing ideas, driving efficiency, and enhancing quality. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to translate our strategy into actionable marketing plans and lead a dedicated team to achieve our goals.Your new roleStrategic Approach:Generate new marketing ideas and initiatives.Identify opportunities to reduce costs and drive efficiency.Collaboration with Head of Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement a year-long Marketing Plan.Establish objectives, messaging, and tactics for campaigns.Team Leadership and Management:Inspire and mentor the Sales and Marketing Team.Create and manage a detailed monthly marketing calendar.Ensure timely and qualitypletion of tasks.Implement Personal Development Plans and Key Performance Indicators.Handle HR documents and authorise timesheets, overtime, expenses, and mileage.Provide cover for the Head of Sales and Marketing as needed.Marketing Responsibilities:Manage main marketing channels, including the website and lead conversion.Assist with SEO, PPC advertising, and website requirements.Support event-based sales activities.Report on performance and budget, analysing tactics against benchmarks.Monitor lead performance to drive sales.Market Research and Data Analysis:Lead the student survey process and analyse results.Conduct focus groups to understand resident needs.Update Pen Portraits for Sales Launch.Deliver marketing performance analysis and reporting.Stay ahead of industry trends andpetitors.External Relationship Building:Build relationships with language schools,munity groups, university staff, societies, and local businesses.Formalise ROI from these relationships through sales referrals, discounts, or social media promotion.What you'll need to succeedProven experience in a marketing management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellentmunication and interpersonal abilities.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.Proficient in SEO, PPC, and digital marketing tools.Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.Experience in event planning and execution.Knowledge of the student amodation / education sector.What you'll get in returnUpto £50,000 per annumStrong pension schemeEmployee benefits packages
