Regional Sales Manager UK & Ireland Motocycle
The Regional Sales Manager UK 2 wheels at Motul Deutschland GmbH, based in United Kingdom is responsible to generate new customers for Motul´s importers, build direct relationships with them and grow the Motul brand share in their associated Markets.
YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION
1. Manage customers in order to clarify: daily business, (order intake, tracking, control and adaption, credit notes, claim handling, product returns, debit notes), 1st level product guidance, delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM
2. Driving growth with NTR and additional Motul ranges
3. Supporting with weekly visits to distributors customers to grow sales
4. Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting
5. UK & Ireland competitor mapping
6. Support for trade fairs/shows, agency contracts, sponsorships, multiple race events
7. Working with UK & I Brand ambassadors
8. Develop new sales channels for Additives, Bike care & Motul concepts for our importers
Profile
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
9. A residence in the Basingstoke area or surrounding region (Basing View, Grosvenor House, Hampshire. RG21 4HG) is beneficial, but not a mandatory requirement
10. Previous UK & Ireland Motorcycle /Aftermarket trade experience
11. Sales and Marketing experience
12. Personal skills with a proven track record to establish credibility with key customers, prospects and business partners
13. Graduate level or comparable industry experience
14. Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe is advantage
15. Professional sales certifications an advantage
16. Sales/Negotiation skills training evidence
17. Ability to travel frequently in UK & I
18. Driving license B
