Program
You are invited to join the Youth Justice Turnaround programme, which operates within the Supporting Families and Early Help framework. The programme aims to prevent early offenders by improving the socio‑emotional, mental health and wellbeing of young people and their families, supporting them through multi‑agency services.
Responsibilities
* Produce thorough assessments and implement multi‑agency support plans using evidence‑based interventions.
* Apply case management and Lead Professional experience to support young people.
* Directly work with young people and demonstrate proven ability to achieve outcomes within a multi‑agency context.
Contract
This is a fixed‑term 3‑year contract.
