What You’ll Be Leading:
* A talented team of 6–8 multi-skilled software engineers, working on complex, business-critical systems.
* Full ownership of the software development lifecycle, from shaping ideas to delivering production-ready code.
* Best-in-class engineering standards, with a strong culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Mentorship and growth of your team through 1:1s, tailored development plans, hiring, and coaching.
Experience:
* A strong foundation in software or data engineering, with proven leadership experience in a commercial tech environment.
* A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in agile teams.
* The ability to motivate, challenge, and support engineers while fostering a healthy, inclusive team culture.
* Passion for innovation, team-building, and making an impact at scale.
