Project Manager
La Fosse are currently partnering with a leading real estate organisation who are looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
You will play a key role in delivering new technology implementations and enhancing service offerings by creating, monitoring, and managing detailed plans that ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with the Technology team and other business units.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and refine project plans for technology initiatives.
* Coordinate and document project meetings to kick off initiatives and track progress regularly.
* Create standardised project documentation, including detailed plans, RAID logs, and change control records.
* Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, senior technology leaders, and the broader technology team.
* Identify, assess, and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
* Partner with technology business analysts to devise solutions for business challenges and process improvements.
* Define success criteria and acceptance standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Work with the technology team to develop and document User Stories and project tasks.
* Surface, document, and evaluate all dependencies and project tasks.
* Collaborate with QA testers, business analysts, and the wider team to create and document comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria.
* Coordinate with technology leadership to ensure projects are appropriately resourced, prioritized, and manage resource allocation effectively.
Must Haves:
* Project Management Qualification (i.e. PMI, PMP, Prince2, etc.)
* 3 Years+ experience within project management.
* Experience of delivering large system development and integration projects.
* Background in technology project management, working on application delivery, infrastructure and integration projects
* Excellent communication with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
* Desirable: Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Azure experience.
* Desirable: DevOps practices, with Azure DevOps experience.
Hybrid: 3 days in office (London)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
(12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
