The role of Data Quality Improvement Manager will include:
1. Leading initiatives to enhance the quality, integrity, and reliability of priority data across the Group
2. Co-chair the monthly Data Governance Forum, engaging with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Specialists and business leaders to ensure alignment and accountability for data
3. Ensure data issues and risks are clearly articulated and escalated in accordance with Risk Matrix in a timely and efficient manner
4. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and IT Security to ensure data governance and data quality management supports broader governance and assurance frameworks across the Group
Skills and experiences:
5. Proven experience of undertaking a similar role implementing Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives within a complex business
6. Able to collaborative with ability to communicate Data Governance to a non-technical audience
7. Ability to understand and map data points for multiple business processes across different business functions
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities

21. Role salary is £54,197 with an additional policy allowance of £11,923 per annum (rising to £57,050 with an additional policy allowance of £12,551 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
