Job title: Senior Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Up to £59,000 per year
Location: Bristol/Warrington - Hybrid available
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Highly experienced in the design of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork
- Awareness of current design codes and standards
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory standards
- Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Chartered status or working towards
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Experience in the nuclear industry
- Experience in the design for seismic loading
Role information:
- Deliver nuclear design work, inspections and construction support throughout the whole project lifecycle
- Carry out concept and feasibility studies for multi-discipline design projects
- Carry out analyses and designs using engineering software's and produce hand calculations
- Prepare calculations, CDM activities, designs, work scopes and technical reports
- Manage project delivery
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Liaise with technicians in the preparation of Revit models
