Ryde House Group are expanding their People and Culture Team! We're looking for someone with a people-centred mindset who can help us maintain our positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
* Advise on all HR related enquiries.
* Ensure CQC and employment law compliance.
* Media and communications (internal and external).
* Take minutes of meetings.
* Support HR audits and improvements on HR processes.
* Assist with Recruitment.
* Events organisation.
Qualifications
* Experienced in an HR role with ER exposure.
* Knowledgable in UK employment law and best practice.
* Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
* And most importantly - a people person!
We have a range of software and systems that support us in our day-to-day such as Slack, Wrike and Google Workspace, so a tech savvy mind and approach will really help in this role.
