Job Description
 3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
 4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
 5. Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
 6. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
 7. Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
 8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
 9. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for the department.
 10. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
 11. A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
 12. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 13. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
 14. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
 15. The ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
 16. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
What's on Offer
 17. Salary: £29,000 - £33,000.
 18. 5% Bonus Scheme.
 19. 1pm finish on a Friday.

 22. Onsite role at the Newburn office in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
